I recently bought a mountain bike second hand and immediately regretted the decision! It wouldn’t change gear and I thought I’d wasted my hard earned cash!
I contacted Community Focus Cycles, being a local company, and within a few days (bearing in mind it was over Xmas) my bike was in their very capable hands. Straight away my worries about having bought a dud bike we’re just a memory. I was advised straight from the word go that the bike was repairable and better yet, it wouldn’t cost the earth!
Fast forward a few more days and the bike is up and running. Community Focus Cycles have gone over and above, renewing components and making sure they were providing the best service possible.

My bike was in need of some TLC. It hadn't been serviced for a while and was even missing a tyre. I'd met Sammy before and knew about his passion for fixing bikes so I had no hesitation leaving it with him. The bike is in tip top condition following its service. Brilliant customer service. I took my mountain bike to Sam as the cable in my dropper post had seized up. He got it working as good as new within a couple of days and at short notice.

Sammy helped me to shop online for a new derailleur for my mountain bike, fitted it, and then gave the bike a full safety check.
He also replaced the cassette on my road bike in matter of minutes.
Sammy is very helpful and a great guy.

I took my Grandson bike here, I left it with him, he said he would have a look.
Well one week later, he has almost rebuilt it.
At a third of the price it would of cost in shop.
He had even put some bits on that he did not charge for
My grandson as not seen it yet, but I'm sure he will be well happy.
